Mr Nisli has worked in the catering sector since 2018, rapidly working his way up from a Chef intern, through Commis Chef to Catering Chef and managing his own home catering company in Istanbul. He has created menus, managed kitchens including the staff, operational processes and ensured all health and safety controls were met. Creating meals for events was a crucial part of his duties and making sure that all customers received tasty meals and good customer service.

Establishment of My Chef at Home
Mr Nisli has worked in the catering sector since 2018, rapidly working his way up from a Chef intern, through Commis Chef to Catering Chef and managing his own home catering company in Istanbul. He has created menus, managed kitchens including the staff, operational processes and ensured all health and safety controls were met.
Continuation of Growth
Mr Nisli is an accomplished Chef who can immediately connect with clients, understand their dietary and nutrition requirements and develop menus, catering controls and provide exemplary Chef services in client’s home and for events. He has specialised sauce preparation skills and has a repertoire of different sauces.
Continuation of Development
He is preparing to launch a catering consultancy and event catering company, My Chef at Home Ltd next March with services targeting venues looking for catering training, menu consultancy and catering services for events and in client’s homes. Mr Nisli is going to use the client’s premises for services and will use public transport to attend each booking. He has a budget to pay for all ingredients and will add the costs to client’s invoices.
Moving to UK
Mr Nisli is investing in specialised catering tools and equipment, health and safety equipment and Chef clothing. He will sit a UK level 2 food handlers certificate before launching the company and make sure that all freelancers follow food hygiene rules and have their own indemnity insurance in-place. Mr Nisli is paying for public liability insurance that covers his services and his clients and has the budget to cover the full costs.
