Mr Nisli has worked in the catering sector since 2018, rapidly working his way up from a Chef intern, through Commis Chef to Catering Chef and managing his own home catering company in Istanbul. He has created menus, managed kitchens including the staff, operational processes and ensured all health and safety controls were met. Creating meals for events was a crucial part of his duties and making sure that all customers received tasty meals and good customer service.
